Alabam Rig - Yum Yumbrella Rig

Yum Yumbrella Rig 5 Wire
Rattle in Head
The new YUMbrella Rig from YUM capitalizes on the multi-rig phenomenon with a rig manufactured with “super wire,” stainless steel that has been repeatedly heat-treated for strength and flexibility. The five super wire arms are attached with a true molded coupler for incredible toughness and durability, ensuring that the wire arms never break free. Plus, the head of the rig contains a rattle for added attraction.
The YUMbrella Rig simply allows the angler to throw five YUM Money Minnows, grubs or spinnerbaits at once, to simulate a small school of baitfish. The 45-pound-strength snap and 75-pound-strength swivels ensure flawless performance on big fish.
The YUMbrella features a choice of head patterns, Tennessee Shad and Foxy Lady. Tennessee Shad is a realistic shad pattern with white sides, shad dot, gill stripe and a touch of red under the mouth and tail. The Foxy Lady features a chartreuse base with dark back, shad dot and a splash of orange on the belly. Both patterns feature red 3D eyes.

Alabama Rig - JSJ Lures Bama Rig

JSJ Bama Rig

The JSJ Bama Rig is a multi lure rig that features a central head from which five wires extend each wire possessing a snap swivel for attaching a total of five lures. The win by Paul Elias at the FLW Tour Open at Lake Guntersville introduced the world to the Alabama Rig and displayed its effectiveness on big bass. In the months to come, anglers all over the country found similar results using the lure on their own bodies of water. The wildly popular Alabama Rig spawned umbrella rig creations from just about every manufacturer, each putting their own unique spin on the concept. JSJ Baits, known for their innovation and attention to detail, has delivered their own umbrella rig named the the Bama Rig. The Bama Rig exhibits some neat features that not only increase the bait's attractiveness, but also creates a more efficient method of storage when not using the lures. Right off the bat, anglers will notice the head of the lure has a detailed paint finish. In addition to the aesthetic properties, the head of the lure is hydrodynamic and will create less drag as it's retrieved through the water enabling the baits to produce optimal swimming action. The neatest feature of the Bama Rig is the large split ring over the wires. When storing this bait simply pull the split ring down to the snap swivels and close the umbrella - this is a benefit that will be truly realized by anglers who have attempted to store their rigs without success; its not easy. When fishing the lure the split ring will slide right to the head and won't interfere with any action of the lures. The components of this bait are premium throughout and will withstand the test of time and hopefully some giant bass. We offer the JSJ Bama Rig in four colors: Bluegill, Chartreuse Shad, Harbor Hitch and White Shad.

Alabama Rig - ABT Lures Multi-Lure Rig

ABT Lures Multi Rig System
NEW Version 3.
New Features
- Locking post behind the head for adding a plastic swimbait
-Tougher Stainless Steel screw in post
-Newer material for back plate
-Break strength over 200lb of pressure
-New awesome colors.

The ABT Lures Multi Rig System is a castable umbrella style lure similar to the popular Alabama Rig. The ABT Multi Rig may fall under the same category as the other A-Rig style lures, but it has possesses unique features that set it apart from the others. The ABT model affords anglers the ability to customize the bait to their liking to best fit their fishing needs. The ABT Multi Rig features a screw lock central head that houses the wire harnesses. This head can be unscrewed and opened up to change the wire configuration to have as few as two wires and as many as six. Further modifications can be made by purchasing the ABT Multi Rig Accessory Kits that are available in wire lengths of 4.5" and 5.5". The can also be modified to be an additional teaser by adding a soft plastic swimbait. The head possesses a barbed keeper, but we'd also suggest using super glue as reinforcement.

The ABT Multi Rig comes as is with five 5.5" wires but does not include the swimbaits or jig heads. We suggest adding the Owner Ultra Inshore Swimbait heads and pairing them with Keitech Fat Swing Impact swimbaits. The ABT Multi Rig System Teaser Heads are a great option for attaching teaser baits. Another option are the owner centering pin springs for a simple and secure method of attaching teaser baits

Some states regulate the number of hooks permitted on the A-Rigs so be sure and review the guidelines before you use this lure. We offer four colors of the ABT Multi Rig System : Ghost Blue, Ghost Greeen, Ghost Midnight, and Ghost Roootbeer Brown.

Alabama Rig - Venom Lures Pay Me Now Rig

Venom Lures Pay-Me-Now Rig

The Venom Lures Pay-Me-Now Rig is a multi-bait, castable, "Alabama" style lure. The Pay-Me-Now rig features a central line-tie head with five extending wires that end in snap swivels. From each snap swivel the angler can add a bait of choice. The Venom version of the Alabama Rig is made from composite material and contains no lead. The rig is extremely light weight at about 1/4oz before adding the baits to it. There is no one correct way to rig the bait, but here are a few possible rigging options:
  • (5) 1/4oz Swimbait heads with your favorite soft plastic swimbait attached
  • (5) Spinnerbaits
  • (5) 1/4oz Belly weighted swimbait hooks for a weedless presentation
Some states regulate the number of hooks you may use on the bait, so make sure to review the related guidelines. For those states, such as California, we suggest using the same rigging options, but only using (3) hooks and attaching Owner Centering Pins to the remaining snap swivels. On the two snap swivels anglers can attach teaser baits in place of one containing a hook.

The entire rig is 7" long and has 5 wire arms.

Alabama Rig - Picasso Lures School E Rig

Picasso Lures School-E-Rig

The Picasso School-E-Rig is a multi-wire Alabama-Style Rig that features a central lead-free head from which five wires extend and end with snap swivels. After the mind-boggling display by Paul Elias at the FLW Tour Open on Lake Guntersville, the Alabama-Rig popularity has spread like wildfire. Although resembling something you would see hanging above a baby's crib, the odd looking contraptions have proven to be unbelievable fish catchers. Stories of hundred fish days have quickly gone from fish tales to reality after more and more anglers got their hands on the A-Rig. In just the following three weeks after the FLW Open, and additional three major tournament titles fell victim to the Alabama Rig.

The original Alabama rig has spawned creations from just about every company on the planet and this product is Picasso's offering. The Picasso School-E-Rig is 8" long and weighs 1/2oz without baits attached, which are NOT included.

Alabama Rig - Paycheck Baits Donkey Thrasher

Paycheck Baits Donkey Thrasher Umbrella Rig

The Paycheck Baits Donkey Thrasher Umbrella Rig is a light-wire, multi-lure umbrella style rig that mimics a school of baitfish. The first thing you'll notice about the Paycheck Baits Donkey Thrasher is the light, flexible wire that comprises the bait. This finesse look and feel is a quite the variation from standard umbrella style rigs that anglers have come to know. Unlike most umbrella rigs, anglers will be able to manipulate the action of the baits in order to realize the full potential of the attached swimbaits. The Donkey Thrasher feels like a real lure, rather than a piece of equipment. The action of your attached baits will greatly increase as you change retrieval speeds and make slight twitches with the rod tip. The natural look of the Donkey Thrasher is reminiscent of shad as they try to flee from chasing predator bass.

The Donkey Thrasher sets itself apart from other umbrella rigs and should be considered an addition to the arsenal whether you currently own similar lures or not. Early reports indicate this bait is especially effective when used with small swimbaits from 3"-5". Paycheck baits recommends the use of jig heads no larger than 3/8oz due to the finesse nature of the bait. The Donkey Thrasher features a four wire configuration each with a snap swivel for easily attaching jig heads.

Anglers who live in states that regulate the number of hooks should simply replace one of the top baits with a teaser and retain the keeling aspect by placing two heavier jig heads on the bottom wires. One suggestion would be using two swimbait jig heads on the bottom wires with an unweighted swimbait hook on one of the remaining wires.

Alabama Rig - Chubby Chaser School Girl

Alabama Rig - Chubby Chaser School Girl

Chubby Chaser Lures School Girl

The Chubby Chaser Lures School Girl is an Alabama style rig that features a central head that has five wires that extend from it for connecting five baits. The Chubby Chaser School Girl is very similar to the original Alabama Rig - the lures is intended to have five baits attached to it to simulate a school of bait fish. The revolution started at the FLW Tour Open event at Lake Guntersville when Paul Elias crushed the field of anglers with the unconventional Alabama Rig. Since word has spread anglers have started to experiment with their own combination of lures, however, the result has remained the same: amazing fish catch rates and some giant bass.

The wires that extend from the head all end in snap swivels for easy attachment of jig heads for swimbaits. We suggest using the two heavier jig heads on the bottom wires to keep the bait keeled and running straight. The remainder of the wires should have a slightly lighter jig head attached. After testing out this product on our own we'd suggest the 3.8" KEitech Swing Impact Fat as the best compliment to the rig. Again this is only one of the many ways to fish this lure. As time goes on each angler will be able to add his/her own special modifications for best results. The School Girl weighs 3/8oz and is approximately 7" long when unrigged. Currently we only offer the Tennessee Shad color pattern.
